What information we use
For the limited Stage-A process, PureEnergy may record the minimum public-professional information needed to assess a possible business fit and ask once for consent. This may include your name, professional role, employer or business, professional email address, the exact public source, the date and reason for the fit assessment, and the consent, response or suppression state.
PureEnergy does not use Hunter, enrichment services or bulk lists for this selected Stage-A path. The exact source must be named in the consent request and recorded in the local provenance control. Public availability does not mean that you have consented to marketing.
Why we use it
PureEnergy's approved route-specific legitimate-interests assessment covers only the minimal use of individual public-professional information to assess fit and make one standalone request for affirmative consent. This assessment does not itself authorise marketing.
PureEnergy will send marketing information only after it records an affirmative consent for the stated service category and later controlled gates permit that use. Silence does not constitute consent or refusal. There is no Stage-A reminder and no automatic Stage-B transition.
How the selected route works
The proposed consent request is prepared and, only after all later approvals, would be sent manually through the Google Workspace mailbox interface. Google acts as a service provider for that mailbox route under the accepted Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Zoho supplies the monitored privacy@pureenergy.systems correspondence route and acts under the executed POPIA data-processing agreement for information it processes in that service. Zoho Legal represented account-specifically that PureEnergy's data is stored in Zoho's United States data centre.
PureEnergy's local canonical consent, suppression, provenance and release records are authoritative. Provider state cannot create consent, reverse a stop or release a person. Newfold is not relied upon for this process. Hunter is outside the process.
International processing
Google and Zoho may process personal information outside South Africa and may use subprocessors in other countries. PureEnergy's selected-path treatment relies on binding operator and transfer commitments in the accepted Google CDPA and executed Zoho DPA, together with the providers' applicable subprocessor and safeguard material. These controls include written protections for subprocessors and contractual security, incident, return or deletion obligations.
This notice does not claim that every service component or onward subprocessor is located in one country. PureEnergy will reassess the route if a provider, transfer term or material data flow changes.
Retention and suppression
PureEnergy keeps active prospect information only while it is needed for the limited fit assessment, the one consent request, an authorised post-consent relationship, or a verified rights or incident case. It then deletes or minimises the active information, subject to retaining the minimum proof needed to demonstrate consent, a decision or a stop and to prevent repeat contact.
Refusal, objection, withdrawal, unsubscribe and hard-bounce evidence creates a canonical stop. OOO and wrong-person responses create operational holds. Silence or a closed no-response route creates a no-repeat hold and is not classified as refusal. These rules remain subject to periodic minimisation review.
Tracking and automated decisions
The selected Stage-A message has no open tracking, click tracking, behavioural scoring, automated decision, reminder, sequence or engagement-triggered branch. Any later Stage-B consideration requires recorded affirmative consent and separate controls.
Your rights
You may ask whether PureEnergy holds your personal information and request access, correction or deletion. You may object to processing, withdraw consent where consent applies, stop marketing, or complain about the handling of your information. PureEnergy may retain the minimum suppression proof needed to honour a stop after deleting other active information.
Contact the Information Officer at privacy@pureenergy.systems. PureEnergy will assist with an objection or correction/deletion request in the applicable form or a substantially similar accessible form.
You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. Current official complaint and contact information is available at https://inforegulator.org.za/contact-us/.
